By signing below I agree to the following guidelines for bringing a pet to the community camping event and acknowledge that I may be charged fees for any damages caused by my pet. •Pets should be properly cared for and in good health. • Pets are not allowed in campground buildings including guest apartments and cabins. • Pets must be housed inside their owner’s tent or trailer. • Pets must be caged or on a leash when outside of tent/trailer and must not be left unattended. • Pets must remain under control of a person at least 18 years of age. • Pets may only be walked in designated areas and must remain on a leash no longer than 6’. • Pets may not be aggressive or excessively noisy (such as lunging at others or excessive barking). • Pet owners must immediately and properly dispose of all pet waste/fecal matter. • Pets are not allowed near swimming areas or beaches. • Event directors, or their designees, are expected to enforce this policy and be prepared, if necessary, to require that any violating pet be removed from the campground or for the pet owner and pet to leave the campground.
In consideration for acceptance for my participation in the Event, hereby give consent to and authorize the taking of photographic, audio or video recordings in which the Registrant or any additional campers may appear; and hereby waive all right of privacy in and to any of said pictures or tapes and authorize the use of the recordings by Community of Christ for any and all official resource, use or purpose including but not limited to print, film, or electronic media and reproduction or digital representation of every description on the internet/world wide web.
In consideration for acceptance for participation by Registrant, and any additional campers listed, in the Event, I do from myself and on behalf of any additional campers listed hereby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Sanford Campground and Community of Christ and its affiliated organizations, lessors, lessees, officers, representatives, subordinate units, contractors, campgrounds, Event directors, staff, priesthood, agents, volunteers, participants, and employees thereof from any and all damages (including consequential damages), liability, claims, judgments, penalties, obligations, fines, causes of action, demands, losses, costs, and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) for personal injury, sickness or death based upon ordinary negligence, as well as property damage and expenses of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred while participating in the Event or arising thereafter, and further agree to hold harmless and indemnify said organizations and their lessors, lessees, officers, representatives, subordinate units, contractors, campgrounds, Event directors, staff, priesthood, agents, volunteers, participants, and employees for any liability sustained by them as the result of the negligent, willful or intentional acts of said Registrant or any additional campers during the Event, including expenses incurred attendant thereto.
